This page explains how to have the data that Quantic Heartz LLC holds about you deleted: your account data from our apps and website, and data used for advertising measurement. Details on what we process and why are in our Privacy Policy.
1. Delete your account and account data
Send an email to support@quanticheartz.io with the subject "Delete my account". Please write from the email address of your account, so that we can confirm the request comes from you. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email address, tell us which address you used, or send the request with "Send Report" in the app.
We then delete or anonymise, within 30 days:
- your account (email address, name, links to Sign in with Apple or Google);
- the devices registered to your account and your listening-time total;
- your subscription status and the record of how you found us;
- bug reports you sent and your creator application, if any.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, in particular invoices and payment records (up to 10 years for tax and accounting purposes). We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
Please cancel an active subscription first. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through Google Play; cancel it in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions. For a subscription bought through our website or Mac app (Stripe), tell us in the same email and we will cancel it for you.
Website statistics that are not linked to your account carry only a shortened IP hash and, if you consented, a random browser identifier. We cannot find them by your name or email address. To remove the identifier and the campaign records from your browser, choose "Reject" in or delete the site data for quanticheartz.io in your browser settings.
2. Delete advertising data
On our website
Open (also linked in the footer of our website) and choose "Reject". We then delete the campaign identifier and records (qh_cid, qh_attr_first, qh_attr_last, qh_sid) from your browser, stop the Meta Pixel and delete its cookies (_fbp and _fbc), stop Microsoft Clarity and delete its cookies (_clck and _clsk). Deleting all site data for quanticheartz.io in your browser has the same effect for the cookies.
Our server and our apps
Our server does not currently send data about you to Meta or other advertising companies, and our apps contain no advertising software. The record of how you found us that is stored with your account is deleted together with your account; if you want it deleted earlier, email us.
Data that Meta already holds
Data that has already reached Meta is stored by Meta under its own responsibility. We cannot delete it at Meta for you. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can review and disconnect this information in Meta's Accounts Center under "Your information and permissions" › "Your activity off Meta technologies", or send Meta a request through Meta's Privacy Policy. If you contact us instead, we will forward your request to Meta.
Data that Microsoft already holds
Data that has already reached Microsoft through Clarity is stored by Microsoft under its own responsibility, and Clarity offers us no way to delete the data of a single visitor. You can send Microsoft a request through the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If you contact us instead, we will forward your request to Microsoft.
3. What happens after your request
- We reply to confirm that we received your request, usually within a few working days.
- If we need to verify that the account is yours, we ask you by email.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days of your request and confirm it by email.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Your other rights are listed in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
